Sessions in Birdham, Chichester West Sussex from January 2025 are priced as follows:

Spinal Flow - initial assessment and treatment is £65 (45 mins) then 30 minute sessions are £40 with reassement after 12 sessions. There is 10% discount on 12 sessions when paid for as a block. There will be the option to move to group sessions once your journey is underway.

Individual Alchemy of Touch bodywork sessions are £105 for 90 minutes (or £100 per session if booked in blocks of 3 - payment at point of booking.)

Prices for retreat or corporate bookings or home sessions available on request.

Private or small group Yoga tuition start from £60. I teach a powerful Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Slow Flow.
